The Senior Account Manager will be the leader of the account team, ensuring we deliver the required contract standards, with an engaged and focused team, developing strong professional relationships with both client and internal stakeholders, and achieving financial and SHEQ targets.
The role will have a significant impact on operation of a variety of public facing buildings, with an emphasis on high standards to enhance the EQUANS brand.
This role is responsible for ensuring the performance within the Equans contract covering various services such as M&E, building fabric, projects together with P&L responsibility for the contract, life cycle, continuous improvement, revenue growth together with the day to day management of people, processes, Quality and Health and Safety.
