  • Bridging Sales and Operations: Act as the liaison between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from the sales process to service delivery. Align client expectations set during the sales process with operational capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, positioning eWaste ePlanet as a trusted partner for ITAD and electronics recycling solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, compliance) to ensure successful project execution and to address any client concerns during the implementation of services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and keep our offerings competitive.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track and report sales metrics, progress against targets, and pipeline health. Provide regular updates to leadership on new business development efforts and revenue forecasts.
