We are part of WPP. What you’ll do Client partnership: Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and proactive communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, competitive landscapes, and strategic objectives to provide tailored brand solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand the scope of services. Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to ensure seamless project execution. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Proactively manage risks and identify solutions to potential challenges. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Team administration: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to agency initiatives. Manage and mentor junior team members (where applicable). Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Training and development: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Actively participate in training programs and seek opportunities to expand skillset. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. What you’ll need Proven experience in account management within a brand consultancy or related field. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A passion for branding and a deep understanding of brand strategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
