Graceland Portable Buildings is looking for a motivated Regional Account Manager to help support our sales, dealer, and delivery teams. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly—this might be the opportunity for you! This is a great role for someone with experience in customer service, dispatching, operations, or sales support who's ready to grow into a leadership position. You’ll work closely with our sales managers, plant teams, drivers, and dealers to make sure orders move from start to finish without a hitch. Supporting Dealers Help welcome and train new dealers Stay in touch with our dealer partners and make sure they have what they need Helping Customers Make sure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Work with our manufacturing and delivery teams to meet customer expectations Team Coordination Support the sales and dispatch teams in reaching their goals Help solve day-to-day issues by talking with different teams and keeping everyone on the same page Leading a Small Team Oversee a group of team members focused on sales support, dispatch, and customer service Set clear goals, encourage great communication, and keep the team focused Staying Organized & On Track Work with leadership to improve how we do things Keep track of performance and share updates with your manager We’re a people-first company that values strong relationships, quality work, and a positive attitude. Requirements We’d Love to Hear from You if You: Have experience in customer service, operations, dispatch, or team coordination Are organized and great at communicating Enjoy working with people and solving problems Are comfortable juggling different tasks and talking with different departments Want to grow in your career and take on more responsibility over time Bachelor's Degree in a business related field preferred, but not required.
