Job Responsibilities Win, retain, and develop country-level accounts, mainly A D segment customers. Build trust with clients through a strong understanding of their business and market. Assess customer needs and recommend logistics solutions that create value. Conduct sales forecasting, account planning, and budgeting. Negotiate and close contracts aligned with company standards. Identify and develop new business opportunities and tender leads. Maintain CRM data and manage customer visits, offers, and proposals. Collaborate with product and operations teams to develop pricing and solution designs. Skills & Experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics. Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM management ability.
