Use Japanese and visit Japanese customers directly and find out prospects by yourself from them. And deliver sustainable business performance and achieve sales target to contribute the growth of Fujifilm Business Innovation Vietnam (FBVN). Support local sales team to visit Japanese customers in the assigned territory to achieve individual sales target Making presentations to customer and introducing FBVN's Innovative and high-quality Printing Solution Developing consultative sales skills; learning about Customers procurement functions, staying current with all aspects of business including industry and competitive data; learning and keeping others informed of competitive market information Making daily report and follow manager’s instruction to achieve individual target Key challenges: Having initiative to achieve sales target and capability to maximize the business result Discover the potential needs of customers Make daily report on SFA system Understand and follow manager's instruction. Qualifications: (educational background, experiences and other basic requirements i.e. computer, language) University degree or equivalent qualification major in Business Administration or relevant At least 02 years working experience in sales support or sales job Verbal and written English capability Experience with MS Office application Japanese nationality is a must  Functional Competencies: (skills & experience critical for the job) - Organized, reliable, self motivated and confidence personality - Positive and high responsibility - Ability to work under pressure to achieve target - Team-work attitude - Good communication skills - Good negotiation skills at different level in organization FUJIFILM offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.
