This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow key client relationships within a complex, multi-product environment. You will manage high-value programs from onboarding through ongoing operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability. Acting as the primary client contact, you will partner with internal teams across Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, Finance, Data, and Claims to deliver accurate, timely, and strategic support. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of balancing multiple priorities, driving accountability across teams, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and revenue performance. This is a client-facing role with a focus on operational excellence, program strategy, and continuous improvement. \n Accountabilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring program success. Lead client onboarding and implementation, including legal agreements, compliance approvals, due diligence, and IT/operational setup. Maintain accurate documentation, workflow tracking, and reporting within CRM systems to ensure transparency and accountability. Monitor program performance through dashboards, reporting, and analysis, providing actionable insights to internal teams. Manage ongoing program operations, including rate adjustments, product changes, channel expansions, and reporting needs. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to expand programs, enhance offerings, and support revenue targets. Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Requirements: Previous experience in account management, insurance operations, warranty/service contract administration, or related fields. Strong understanding of specialty insurance structures, program administration, and financial frameworks. Proven ability to independently manage large, complex client accounts and collaborate effectively across functions. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Analytical skills to monitor performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging clients and internal leadership.
