ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to speak with experienced sales professionals with a deep understanding of life sciences and a passion for driving customer success. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts across North West Germany, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in North West Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including researchers, lab managers, and procurement professionals.
  • Identify and target new customers, expanding our client’s presence across the region.
  • Provide technical and application-based support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of the company’s products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to meet customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and market knowledge.
  • Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
