We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who will take a strategic role in managing our most important client accounts and ensuring overall satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that our projects are delivered seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and drive customer satisfaction. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success while ensuring that all expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth process from project initiation to completion. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential. Prepare regular reports on account status and meet established KPIs. Proactively address and resolve client issues and inquiries, maintaining a high standard of client communication. Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform account strategies and offerings. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Proficient in CRM software and project management tools.
