YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 6 years of extensive experience in managing complex and commercial accounts as a Senior Account Manager with C-level interaction, preferably in real estate and/or technical organizations.
  • Broad knowledge of telecommunication networks and infrastructure, along with proven track record of strategic sales cases and addressing of C-level executives.
  • Experience in new account management and business development, preferably in the enterprise telecommunications sector.
  • Proven track record of managing major accounts.
  • End2end Contract management.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting; good financial acumen.
  • Process Improvements knowledge.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a full-time permanent position that reports to the Managing Director.
You will have full responsibility for your sales acquisition, revenue and profitability targets. You will grow and develop Vantage Towers Romania business over time, creating and executing a strategic account plan in order to deliver higher return to our shareholders and increased value to our customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage C-Level relationships with Mobile Network Operators and other Wireless Network and Telecommunications companies, investing in long term partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding procurement processes, and leveraging public-private partnerships.
  • Identify and develop relationships with new and existing operators and enterprise clients to grow the strategic business plan.
  • Create and execute the commercial strategy and marketing plan.
  • Support the definition of new product development upon client needs to create a sales funnel for new clients.
  • Manage the existing framework contracts and lead their modification to adapt it to the needs of the new environment.
  • Contribute to cross functional projects launched with TopCo and with other Vantage Towers countries.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in telecommunications and real estate, and how these can be leveraged for business growth.
