Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Mandarin (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
  • Language skills in Mandarin would be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships and executing campaigns in a digital or marketing context.
  • Strong technical proficiency, especially in troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advertising platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to independently lead projects and initiatives.
  • Proactive, responsible, and dedicated to continuous learning and development.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, with at least 1 year managing mid-market or performance accounts.
  • Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMP) and marketing automation initiatives (MAI).
  • Familiar with cross-functional collaboration and escalation processes.
  • Ability to support global teams and manage tasks across different time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients through regular communication, acting as a trusted point of contact and client advocate.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate internal processes and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Educate clients on product features, providing training and resources to enhance their campaigns.
  • Advise on tailored media strategies, offering data-driven recommendations and defining KPIs.
  • Track and analyze performance data, maintaining accurate reports and optimizing processes.
  • Identify and pitch upsell opportunities, managing outcomes and tracking results.
  • Lead client and internal meetings, providing data reviews and optimization recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements for greater performance and efficiency, ensuring timely execution.
  • Align strategies with business goals, scaling outreach and managing tasks proactively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integrations.
  • Work across multiple time zones and support international teams as needed.
