What You'll Do Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market customers, driving expansion and retention across UKG's HCM and workforce management solutions. Achieve and exceed your revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles with precision and purpose. Develop strategic account plans that identify new opportunities, drive engagement, and position UKG as a long-term partner. Build strong, business-focused relationships with decision-makers — understanding their goals, challenges, and how UKG can help them achieve success. Generate new opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new modules or solutions. Collaborate with pre-sales, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver seamless, value-driven outcomes. Stay ahead of industry trends to bring meaningful insights and innovative ideas to every customer conversation What You Bring Proven success in account management or solution sales, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or HCM environments. A track record of exceeding targets through strategic selling, relationship-building, and consultative approaches. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to link technology solutions to measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you can confidently articulate a clear business case to all levels of stakeholders.
