Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re now hiring a Senior Account Manager to help grow our partner base and support existing MSPs and service-focused resellers across the UK and Europe. This is a senior commercial role where you’ll play a key part in driving our growth through channel relationships. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new partners, developing strategic relationships, and supporting partners in taking our solutions to market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSPs and channel partners aligned to our ideal partner profile
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of partners, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
  • Develop strategic joint business plans and guide partners through the full sales cycle
  • Engage senior decision-makers at partner organisations to drive alignment and opportunity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide partner training, support, and sales enablement resources
  • Represent CybaVerse at key industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Track performance metrics, forecast partner pipeline, and deliver regular reporting to the leadership team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our platform capabilities and articulate value to partners effectively
