We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas) NOV ReedHycalog is seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team in Algeria, driving growth across key Oil & Gas accounts. If you bring deep expertise in drilling technologies and a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering revenue growth, this could be your next career move. What You’ll Do * Develop and grow strategic relationships with major Oil & Gas operators and drilling contractors * Promote NOV’s portfolio, with a focus on Drill Bits, Borehole Enlargement & Coring (BBC) * Lead customer presentations and deliver Service Quality Reviews * Identify and drive new business opportunities in competitive markets * Provide technical and commercial support during key operations, including high-visibility runs and trials * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights * Manage customer orders, delivery follow-ups, and account performance (including DSO) * Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and achieving sales targets * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer outcomes What We’re Looking For * 10+ years’ experience in the oilfield, with strong exposure to drilling operations and sales * Proven success in promoting drill bits and drilling-related tools * Strong technical foundation in: * Drill bit design * Coring & borehole enlargement tools * Drilling applications & BHA components * Solid commercial acumen with a track record of winning and growing accounts * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset Technical Expertise Familiarity with: * Bit hydraulics, bit economics, and performance optimization * Downhole motors and drilling systems * Industry tools such as Bit Browser, Insight, and motor handbooks Qualifications * Degree in Engineering or Geology * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel domestically Why Join NOV?
