We Are: The Brand Agency, one of ANZ’s leading full-service retail specialist agencies and part of WPP and the Ogilvy Network. You Are: An experienced Account Manager looking progress your career and work with an experienced agency and partner with an iconic Australian and New Zealand retail brand. The Role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management of client relationships and help to lead the delivery of outstanding campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. Mentoring and training more junior team members on agency processes and overall campaign management. Participate and foster a culture of creative excellence and an innovative approach to problem solving. You will: Build strong relationships with clients and becoming an essential business partner in helping them to deliver over and above their campaign and marketing objectives. Take ownership in leading integrated campaigns and projects from conception to completion, including creative brief writing, budget and timeline management and shoot planning. Manage client expectations of deadlines and cost estimates – within overall management of the client billing process. Work with internal stakeholders – Strategy, Creative, Production and Studio to ensure briefs are communicated and understood. Continually look to capture campaign learnings, implement improvements and create better outcomes for clients’ work Prepare and write original briefs (creative, media and production) with support from strategy, Account Directors/Business Director. Provide timely and detailed analysis and reporting on campaigns, in consultation with the client’s media team. Be comfortable presenting to clients and promptly collating feedback. Ensure that all work produced by the agency is of the highest standard possible and delivers to the required client brief. Attend shoots along with the account management and creative team. Inspire, motivate and/or engage relevant agency departments to deliver work that consistently exceeds expectations. Be an excellent ambassador of our brand, demonstrating our brand values.
