We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager – Partnership Management (m/w/d) to lead the activation and management of key commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sponsorship management, client relationship building, and delivering strategic value to partners in the sports and entertainment industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring WRC’s partners achieve their marketing objectives while driving revenue growth for WRC Promoter GmbH.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in partnership management, sponsorship activation, or client services within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of motorsport, media rights, and brand marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including weekends during event periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and partnership reporting platforms.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
