• Manage contract performance, focusing on customer retention and profitability
• Tailor customer engagement strategies to align with overall business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within client organisations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, systems, and Winc’s unique offerings
• Oversee the full sales process and manage the customer relationship from start to finish
• Increase customer spend by expanding catogories within your assigned territory
• Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and consistently follow Winc’s HSE policies and procedures
