QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mechanical or Electrical qualified preferred but not essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or building services.
  • Corporate experience and background.
  • Ideally possess a management qualification or membership.
  • Facilities Management membership or management qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client facing (and interaction) experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
