JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Account Manager with consulting program delivery responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in merging business development with program delivery to foster and sustain robust, long-term customer relationships. Operating on a global, regional, and local scale, you will collaborate with existing clients and proactively seek expansion opportunities with both current and prospective customers. You will work closely with a team of experts in insights, strategy, implementation, and measurement. Our clients include top 20 and beyond biopharma companies. You will report to your account team lead. Candidates can be based in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in account management, consulting and business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial strategy, and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Fluency in English and ideally, one other EU5 language.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and client satisfaction targets.
  • An established network of key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Expertise in addressing client needs using data-driven, customer-centric approaches.
