QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ Years in Client Services, Account Management, or Marketing/Advertising Roles
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise or agency clients
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously with different timelines and deliverables
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to forecast, budget, and track project profitability
  • Experience collaborating with creative and production teams
  • Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and reporting metrics
  • Proven ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities within client accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts for the lifeline of assigned projects.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, positioning our company as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Partner with the President/ECD and Creative Directors on pitches, treatments, and proposals.
  • Translate client objectives into clear project briefs for the production and creative teams.
  • Translate creative/technical language into clear communication for clients.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and expectations.
  • Monitor account profitability and address scope creep with client and teams.
  • Proactively present new ideas, services, or content opportunities to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create case studies and reels from successful client work.
  • Track account KPIs such as repeat business, upsell %, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from kickoff through final delivery.
