Senior Account Manager – Services

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent background in Refining and Petrochemical industries or relevant technical field.
• Multiple years sales experience, and solid understanding of Fuels & Chemical industry, or related experience in Services.
• Ability to travel (approximately 60%), primarily in UK but also including Benelux, Scandinavia
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Ability to learn new technologies and industry trends quickly.
• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in managing key accounts is beneficial.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• Excellent communication, organisational and technical presentation skills
• SFDC, MS Office (Excel) and Powerpoint

• Drive growth across the main Pall Service portfolio categories in the defined territory.

(Mobile Rentals equipment, Service Plans, Maintenance Services & Spares Parts as well as our Professional & Scientific Services)

• Define and achieve value-add for both customer and Pall
• Cross collaboration with sales and engineering teams in region, to enable service growth at point of sales
• Enhancing and developing new service solution growth areas.
• Customer Support: Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
