Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Senior Social Media Manager. The Senior Social Media Manager is a team leader and project driver responsible for overseeing day-to-day social media execution, team mentoring, campaign development, analytics interpretation, and client communications. This person must be confident, solutions-oriented, and capable of independently managing accounts with minimal senior intervention. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of social media executives and content creators. Oversee the strategy and execution of always-on content, campaigns, and community management. Own client relationships for assigned accounts: lead calls, present strategies, and proactively identify growth opportunities. Liaise with internal departments: creative, media buying, performance, and production teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery. Guide and oversee monthly performance reports and analytics dashboards, providing actionable insights. Mentor junior team members, helping them grow in strategic thinking and execution. Ensure brand tone, voice, and guidelines are met across all platforms. Manage multiple projects across various timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to advise clients accordingly. 5 + years in social media, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing social accounts for major brands. Strong understanding of content strategy, influencer marketing, and media metrics. Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff. Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of reporting tools (Meta Insights, Sprinklr, GA, etc.). Agile, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
