Job Title: Senior Account Manager Location: Shanghai, China The elevator pitch of the role As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing the strategic account plan for Key Global Accounts and developing local Food Service savory strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with key global accounts and B2B customers, driving our savory and seasoning capabilities across multiple applications for Food Service. Your key responsibilities Execute the strategic account plan for key global accounts, aligning with global, regional, and local opportunities. Develop and execute local Food Service savory strategies with key global accounts, driven by local opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with major end-users and their local suppliers, leveraging internal resources and global support. Manage and build relationships with selected contract manufacturers to develop our Food Service business. Grow business with key formed protein/meat suppliers to the QSR industry and their customers. Support efforts in the CQSR chains to develop opportunities utilizing flavors, reactions, pastes, and seasonings for the Hot Pot market. You bring Minimum 7 years of experience with measurable track records in the flavor industry or food science field as a strong sales account manager. Background in an international company or top 3 local flavor house (e.g., Huabao, Apple and etc.). Integrity, passion, and desire for building customer intimacy. Strong project management skills. Ability to work in a virtual network and get things done without line management authority. Solid experience in managing projects across the value chain (e.g., service level agreements, supply chain projects).
