Team Global Express is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of 12 small-to-medium B2C eCommerce and retail clients. This is a high-potential portfolio in a rapidly growing segment, offering exciting opportunities to drive client engagement and business expansion. What You’ll Be Doing Manage day-to-day client relationships, including regular meetings, QBRs, and timely reporting Oversee pricing, rate updates, and pipeline management Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients 3–4 times per week, ensuring follow-up on actions and reviews Collaborate with a Business Development Manager and Sales Partner to drive portfolio growth Build strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities What You’ll Bring Proven experience in client management, negotiation, and customer service Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and delivering impactful presentations Experience with eCommerce, online retail, or fashion accounts is highly regarded Strong relationship builder, focused on growth and results About Team Global Express Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
