Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of healthcare clients around the North Ryde, Baulkham Hills and Bella Vista areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen strategic partnerships, deliver meaningful outcomes, and contribute to significant portfolio growth. What You’ll Be Doing Own and nurture day-to-day client relationships through regular meetings, QBRs, and performance reporting Manage pricing strategies, rate updates, and pipeline activity Conduct 3–4 face-to-face client meetings weekly, ensuring timely follow-up and action tracking Partner with a Business Development Manager and Sales Lead to unlock growth opportunities Build trusted relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell potential What You’ll Bring Demonstrated success in client management, negotiation, and customer engagement Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and delivering compelling presentations Experience with eCommerce, online retail, or fashion clients is highly valued A natural relationship builder with a growth mindset and results-driven approach About Team Global Express Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
