JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor of Business or its equivalent
  2. Min 8 years of experience preferably with a mix of technical and commercial experience
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
  4. Excellent listening, Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  5. Strong target orientation and ability to work independently.
  6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with internal and external customers and at multiple levels within an organization and globally.
  9. Discipline, result orientated, self-starter with strong desire to deliver on established goals and targets.
  10. Able to travel up to 50% or potentially more
Responsibilities
  1. Drive and oversee sales volumes are achieved according to budget. Negotiate price, orders and agreements to secure business target and maximize profits.
  2. Develop territory/account plans to thoroughly penetrate all prospect and customer accounts.
  3. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  5. Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, technical service, invoicing, credit and collections, coordinate with relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, served, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
  6. Forecast and track key accounts /sales / business metrics / projects.
  7. Build a concrete and measurable business opportunity pipeline with specific volume and margin for mid and long term
  8. Generate leads and manage opportunities with new customers and/or applications until business is secured to ensure growth attainment.
  9. Develop and maintain market knowledge and network to ensure timely development of opportunities/innovations to address market/customer needs.
  10. Work closely with sales, technology and operation as well as global teams to develop and maintain prospective customers.
  11. Coordinate with all key departments of different regions to fully understand and support our corporate goals.
  12. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  13. Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with customers.
  14. Timely submission of assigned report, update necessary information in company’s system (e.g. OMS, CRM), attend and complete assigned training.
