Lead the development, refinement and enforcement of best practice internal processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality ways of working across teams.

Regularly involved in new business, tenders and pitches, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.
Managing client briefings and presentations.
Managing projects on-time and on-budget.

Time management – creation of timing plans to meet client deadlines.
Providing support to the team – you will report to an Account Director.
