JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to work on a number of exciting, high profile clients – some property based, with a bit of retail and brand too – at Traffic’s Melbourne office in Cremorne.
In this role, you’ll be exposed to all aspects of the communications process from start to finish including but not limited to strategy, creative development, campaign management, delivery, and reporting, across traditional and digital channels, so a strong understanding of digital would be particularly beneficial.
You will work closely with members of our account management team. The key responsibilities for this new team member will be the day-to-day management for allocated clients including set-up of jobs, estimating and invoicing, writing briefs and managing other departments, assisting with presentations, maintaining and monitoring of campaigns and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in an AM role, working in the property category a must
  • Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skillsA flexible approach, a friendly attitude and a willingness to support those around you
  • Multi-tasking prowess, organisation skills and a knack for juggling multiple clients, projects and deadlines
  • End-to-end project management experience and the ability to collaborate with multiple agency departments and external suppliers
  • Strategic thinking that allows you to see beyond the transactional
  • A proactive approach to delivering client solutions
  • A love of working collaboratively
  • A ‘can do’ attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and liaising with a range of clients to discuss and identify their needs
  • Be a key point of contact for multiple clients
  • Assist with the formulation of marketing strategies, working with agency colleagues to devise campaigns that meet (and exceed) the client’s brief and expectations
  • Manage budgets, campaign calendars and media schedules
  • Help present the campaign ideas to the client
  • Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns and their effectiveness across various channels (traditional media, social, digital, search)
  • Be accountable for the trafficking of jobs through the agency from commencement to completion
  • Act as the central contact for internal and external parties and coordinate their responses
  • Be accountable for ensuring accurate estimating and invoicing
