Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients through innovative solutions and strong partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and commercial acumen. We are looking for accomplished professionals with backgrounds in consulting, technology sales, banking, or payments who can blend technical know-how with strategic thinking to solve client challenges and uncover growth opportunities. This role suits an innovative and collaborative leader with strong project management expertise, a proven ability to strengthen relationships, and a deep understanding of the financial sector and its competitive environment. Proactive execution and a focus on driving results are key to success. The Senior Account Manager will take full ownership of the client financials, driving strategic initiatives and consultative selling across Visa by cultivating and expanding relationships at every level within the organization. This role leads business development efforts within the assigned segment, engaging senior and C-suite executives to forge strong partnerships that advance Visa’s goals and long-term strategic vision. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Lead Strategic Account Planning – Own account strategy by deeply understanding client priorities, crafting tailored solutions, and aligning internal resources to deliver maximum value. Drive Growth Opportunities – Identify and qualify high-potential business prospects with existing and new clients, ensuring strong ROI before engaging product and functional experts. Shape Client Partnerships – Build consultative relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Visa's capabilities to address complex business needs and accelerate decision cycles. Deliver Financial & Strategic Insight – Develop robust business cases supported by financial modeling and competitive analysis to guide strategic initiatives and investments. Negotiate & Execute Agreements – Manage end-to-end contract processes, ensuring global alignment and driving strategies that increase market share, revenue, and long-term growth.
