WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the account while providing valuable insights and perspectives to the marketing and communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery of client projects
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and industries
- Monitor clients’ activities to ensure marketing objectives are met
- Identify market needs and challenges, and recommend new strategies to react to changing business trends
- Build strong relationships with clients and lead the account team
- Manage budgets and cash flow, and report regularly to the AD on progress
- Develop the Account Team’s career paths and oversee their work by focusing on developing their abilities
- Provide support for the Account Planners and understand, interpret and apply market research insights
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
