Senior Account Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Worldline as a Senior Relationship Manager and play a key role in shaping our growth across the Americas in the dynamic digital services sector. Based in the U.S., you’ll work with leading clients, driving revenue growth by strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
In this client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers succeed with Worldline’s solution stack. Your expertise in payments and SaaS will position Worldline as the go-to partner for innovative, reliable solutions.
We’re looking for a relationship builder with strong commercial acumen—someone who thrives in a strategic role and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead key initiatives that directly impact our success.
This role includes up to 25% travel and offers the chance to be part of a high-performing, industry-recognized team.

SKILLS WE CAN’T DO WITHOUT:

  • 4+ years of experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management
  • Strong commercial drive and eCommerce/Fintech market knowledge
  • Skilled negotiator with best-in-class communication and presentation skills

SKILLS WE’D LIKE TO HAVE:

  • Commercial experience in payments, FinTech, or e-commerce
  • Ability to analyse data combined with in-market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas, and strategies.
  • Experience working in a multinational and matrixed environment, collaborating across teams and geographies.
  • Ability to lead your own personal travel schedule and T&E budget.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office pack.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM toolUniversity degree

Responsibilities
  • Represent Worldline’s full portfolio of brands with assigned Digital customers developing tailored value propositions that align with customer needs
  • Work with our customers to build an understanding of their roadmap and future-proof the relationship by proactively accommodating their payment needs
  • Perform ongoing analysis and review of business trends to identify opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract structuring to maximize revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of the annual operating plan & forecast process, collaborating with Finance, Business Units and Business Development Managers
  • Make regular headquarter buyer calls, identify customer needs/priorities and craft fact-based selling presentations for assigned accounts
  • Boost all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and delivering against revenue targetsLeverage data-driven and use data analysis to identify areas where we can drive client revenue growth
  • Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to support a superior customer experience and Company initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance client engagement strategies and optimize sales processesProvide market feedback to help shape Worldline’s product roadmap and service enhancements
