YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or relevant role
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working within the Sports Betting & Gaming / iGaming industry (required)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with SaaS customer management or have a background in data with a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour is desirable

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve exceptional outcomes through our platform. By leveraging your expertise and interpersonal skills, you’ll help them realise the full value of their investment, fostering product adoption, expansion, and retention.
