Primary Responsibilities Focus on growing and maintaining existing Business to Business accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs Build strong relationships with customers and association executives Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations. The SARC acts as a liaison between employer groups and key internal departments to ensure a positive experience year-round, providing solutions that meet customer needs, improving account retention and maintaining business goals. The SARC offers training and support to both internal and external customers related to administrative processes, tools and services, in order to maximize understanding and utilization by our customers and field staff. Experience and Skills: In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, position requires 3-5 years of job specific, customer service-related experience or Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of job specific, customer service related experience.
