Job Overview 综述 Engineered Materials (Celanese group) is looking for Sales Auto to propose higher performance, higher added value and lower environmental load of customers’ products through application development of engineering plastics. Responsibilities 职责 goals and profitability. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Report to the supervisor in a timely manner. Build strong customer relationships, get trust by customers, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application development. Develop account strategy and plan for own accounts Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Application Development and Marketing to create pipelines and follow up projects/complaint cases. Set up lead project meetings for own accounts. Attend sales meeting. Manage internal system for pipeline, forecast, pricing etc. Share necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely. Qualifications 要求 Hopefully, several years in sales and related experience in the electronics, chemical or automotive industry. Diploma/Degree in any discipline. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationship with customers. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Japanese, also an ability to read/write/oral communication in English. Positive/Proactive attitude -Achiever, Self-motivated, persistent in following up and willingness to develop skills required for personal development. Customer focus with ability to understand customer needs and issue. Financial acumen to understand the consequence of pricing actions. Good communication and people skills in a complex environment. Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft office and SFDC. Acceptance of domestic travel reasonably.
