Merchology is currently seeking a proactive Senior Account Representative to become an integral part of our Sales Team. This role, reporting to the Sales Manager, holds significant importance as the primary interface for customers interested in our premium branded products. The Account Representative will manage qualified leads received from teammates or referrals from elite brands, with the primary objective of successfully closing sales transactions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A successful Account Representative will: Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings Recommend products, decoration methods, and premium brands that meet the needs of the customer with the ultimate goal of closing a sale Assist domestic and international customers throughout the entire sales process including product selection, quote requests, and order creation Meet team KPIs related to customer engagements, customer contact timelines, inbound and outbound calls, and conversion rate Proactively reach out to customers to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with customers through consistent outreach Host customers in the Minnesota office for tours and showroom visits Additional projects or duties as assigned Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Three or more years of customer service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, sales, or an office environment Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team Microsoft Office Suite proficiency HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus Efficient and detail-oriented Ability to type 45 WPM WHAT WE OFFER In addition to an outstanding creative culture, authentically nice people, and interesting work, we have: Competitive compensation: the estimated range for On-Target Earnings in this role is $60,000 to $70,000 + depending on experience.
