PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Ideally 4 years in a patient engagement or patient support role, or alternatively with a medical communications agency or similar
  • Ability to manage profitable client projects with confidence and limited input
  • Proven ability to reach revenue targets
  • Proven ability to reach client satisfaction metrics in a similar context
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Mentorship / coaching / development of more junior members of the team, with limited input from others
  • Direct line management
  • Ideally exposure to behavioural health, digital health, market research, consumer behaviour or customer / patient experience mapping

ROLE PURPOSE

A Senior Account (Solution) Manager provides leadership to accounts by most often leading a small team in managing existing project execution i.e. patient support programs and other programs of work adapted to a client’s need from our solution suite. The role also supports new business initiatives via extension projects within current accounts and seek opportunities with new potential clients.
