Description
The Senior Account Strategist (Sr. AS) is the primary liaison between the client and ARM. The Sr. AS will help lead the strategic vision for growing and optimizing client campaigns. This candidate will be responsible for meeting clients’ budget and performance goals by putting together campaigns focusing on influencers in the audio space. This role will effectively foster media relationships to ensure brand/client coverage, active participant in influencer marketing programs including sourcing and managing content creation, in addition to providing top notch client service and mentoring our staff. Must be self-motivated, collaborative and results driven. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Primary liaison with the client, including weekly calls and email communication Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis. Collaborate with our internal billing & finance team monthly to ensure reconciling billing in a timely manner. Organize internal and external meetings, including agendas, defining objectives/goals of the discussion and follow-up action Analyze media data and create reports to drive insights and understanding around campaign results Works with strategic rep partners to negotiate and develop various audio opportunities Works closely with the analytics department to develop and analyze weekly and ad hoc tracking Develops and delivers strategic client presentations Assist in the development of media proposals and test schedules for clients Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all tactical elements related to client and campaigns are executed properly Work with hosts or rep groups on various items to set up campaigns Ad hoc client projects as requested attributes for success Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of web analytics, specifically Google Analytics Has managed at least $10MM in client budgets Cross-channel planning is a plus Ability to manage projects from start to finish Excellent organizational skills Capacity to quickly learn applicable systems and processes Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills Ability to work remotely with team members in various locations A customer-centric mindset and approach to meeting the expectations of our internal and external customers Contributing to our culture with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Highly organized and able to multi-task and pivot quickly based on client and organization needs Confident demeanor and ability to persuade and have a strong point of view Self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask hard questions About Ad Results Media Ad Results Media is a pioneer of the podcast movement and has been leading audio and influencer advertising for 20 years with offices in Houston and San Diego.
