Job Title: Senior Account Targeting Strategist     Division: Precision Pulley & Idler (PPI) FLSA: Exempt                                                          Grade: NA Job Status: Full-time                                               Travel Required: Up to 75% Revision Date: April 8, 2026                                   Reports To: VP Global Business Development PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior Account Targeting Strategist will own the strategy and execution of targeted growth initiatives for PPI and CCR across North and South America, with primary emphasis on composite roll growth—starting with accelerating adoption of the PCR Precision Composite Roller in the U.S. and Canada market. While PCR will be the primary near-term focus, this person will be knowledgeable across all PPI and CGMH offerings and will work to grow total share at targeted accounts. This role will complement our existing sales organization and distribution partners by pursuing prioritized, high-value mines and quarries, improving win rates on large projects (including opportunities where composite roll content may initially be limited), and coordinating technical and commercial resources to win. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THE FOLLOWING DUTIES ARE NORMAL FOR THIS POSITION. THESE ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS EXCLUSIVE OR ALL INCLUSIVE. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE REQUIRED AND ASSIGNED. More specifically, the person will: * Develop and execute an account-based plan to achieve sales goals at targeted large mines and quarries across North and South America with the PCR Precision Composite Roller. * Represent the full portfolio of PPI and CGMH offerings at targeted accounts; identify attach opportunities and pathways to grow total product sales beyond composite rolls. * Maintain opportunity discipline: CRM hygiene, stage clarity, and forecast accuracy for targeted pursuits; provide clear executive visibility to progress and gaps. * Lead complex, technical sales cycles by aligning site stakeholders, building value cases (uptime, safety, maintenance reduction), and driving deal strategy from first meeting to close. * Improve win rates on large, strategic projects by shaping specifications early, assembling the right internal subject-matter experts, and positioning the best overall solution—even when composite roll content is initially limited or not specified. * Collaborate with current sales and distribution relationships: joint account planning, partner enablement, and coordinated field activity to avoid channel conflict and expand coverage. * Partner with Operations and Customer Support to ensure successful implementations, performance validation, and development of reference sites/case studies. * Build repeatable talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive positioning for PCR Precision Composite Roller; share learning with the broader sales team and channel partners. * Provide market feedback from mines and quarries (application needs, competitor activity, performance data) to inform product roadmap and go-to-market improvements. EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS * Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in an Engineering field or Business from a four-year college or university; and/or 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Deep experience in the mining and aggregates environment, with credibility at the site level and understanding of uptime, safety, and maintenance drivers. * Demonstrated success in business development and sales management, including building territory/account plans and delivering growth through targeted pursuits. * Strong capability in complex, technical solution selling and value-based selling (TCO, reliability, and maintenance reduction). * Operational discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and coordinating cross-functional resources to execute customer commitments. * Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners/distributors while maintaining clear ownership of targeted outcomes. * Experience supporting product launches, new applications, and converting pilots into repeatable, standard offerings.
