Proven experience in a senior customer-facing technology role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Account Technologist, Technology Strategist) within enterprise or financial services. Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technology strategies and roadmaps. Experience leading cross-functional and/or global teams to deliver customer outcomes. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships. Understanding of the Australian and New Zealand financial services or insurance industry, including key market trends, challenges, and regulatory considerations. Experience acting as a trusted technology advisor for enterprise accounts. Track record of leading digital transformation initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. Skilled in opportunity identification, demand generation, and influencing customer technology adoption. Experience orchestrating partner and internal resources to deliver innovative, competitive solutions. Familiarity with industry frameworks and best practices for enterprise account planning and enablement. You synthesize business insights and orchestrate global teams across the organization to deliver alternative solutions while applying deep expertise and thought leadership. You lead technology strategy formulation by leading alignment of customer needs and technology solutions, execution of technology strategy/digital transformation, creation of mid- to long-term technical roadmaps, and translation of customer business objectives. You develop and drive opportunities, present opportunities to the customer, and create demand. You orchestrate necessary teams and partners to ensure demand generation and establish best practices for account planning. You deliver regular industry/technology briefings to customer technology senior decision-makers and technical teams. You use readiness resources and demonstrate expertise in creating enablement plans.
