JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Accountant with proven experience in real estate and property management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern accounting systems and have strong analytical skills using Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate/property management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as PACT, Zoho Books, and Odoo
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital transformation and ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and VAT laws is a plus

• Oversee daily accounting operations for property management and real estate transactions
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and reconcile accounts
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and financial regulations
• Implement and optimize accounting workflows using tech tools and ERP systems
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline property management processes
• Support internal and external audits
