QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in accounting or client management, ideally within a Chartered Accountancy firm.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
