Description

ABOUT US

We are a boutique technology-enabled accounting firm specializing in digital entrepreneurs and e-commerce clients. Today we are lean — founder-led with one US-based accountant, three offshore VAs, and two partners focused on client value, marketing and growth.
Though small, we are scaling rapidly. We already serve existing clients across the US and UAE and are expanding into Southeast Asia. Our clients move fast, and so do we. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and wants the chance to help build a firm from the ground up.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a US-based accountant who understands the commercial needs of the client (“thinks like a CFO”) and translates this into technical delivery. We need an individual whocan take direct ownership of client delivery, provide oversight on files prepared by support staff, prepare financials for partner-level reviews, and act as “client owner” for a growing book of smaller accounts. This role will give the partner leverage to focus on growth while you run client-facing execution with independence and confidence.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own client accounting delivery: Take charge of bookkeeping oversight, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and readiness for partner review.
  • Turn messy data into clarity: Work with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms, pulling raw marketplace data and turning it into clean, reliable financials using both manual methods and tools like A2X.
  • Be the partner’s right hand: Prepare files, reports, and insights that allow the partner to quickly review from a high level and focus on strategy.
  • Act like a client CFO-lite: For a growing book of smaller clients, serve as the main point of contact — not just tracking numbers but providing insights, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported.
  • Problem-solve beyond the books: Step into operational projects when needed — whether it’s analyzing shipping carriers, vendor contracts, or cost-saving opportunities. Bring recommendations, not problems.
  • Drive efficiency with tech: Use your savvy with APIs, integrations, and automations to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and make the whole system run smoother.
  • Build with us: Contribute to refining SOPs, training offshore support, and laying the groundwork for how our firm will scale in the US and internationally.
