POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting regulatory compliance, maintaining accounting systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to support business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other ERP software.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, data validation, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus.
• Experience in construction, solar, or project-based accounting environments.
• Familiarity with process improvement or automation tools.
