We specialize in ensuring the health and well-being of workers through a range of medical services, including injury care (workers’ compensation), physical examinations (employer services), and commercial (urgent care).    Position Summary:   The Senior Accountant will be responsible for selected month-end close activities, including reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.  The ideal candidate will have full P&L and multi-location experience who excels in a start-up environment with the ability and appetite to adapt to evolving business demands.   Responsibilities:    * Support the general ledger platform, accounting closing cycle, and monthly closing entries  * Prepare and post monthly journal entries * Prepare accurate documentation supporting assigned monthly close journal entries * Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies monthly * Provide variance explanations for   balance sheet and income statement accounts * Provide support for financial year-end closure, financial audits, and tax preparation * Maintain a high level of accuracy regarding all details * Partner with Controller to conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning * Participate in the development and improvement of systems and processes * Be compliant with organizational policies and procedures and related departmental procedures * Other duties as assigned by supervisor   Requirements:    * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field * At least three years of relevant accounting experience * Experience providing multiple location accounting support * In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting * Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels * Proficient in Sage Intacct or a similar general ledger software  * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and similar software  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to review, prioritize and act on all assigned tasks and email communications promptly and efficiently * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and completeness     Benefits:  * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package * Optimal work life balance with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays requirement to work * Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference   Salary:     Salary range $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.
