Position: Senior Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 5+ years in accounting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and payment follow-ups

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, payment follow-ups, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial statements, timely collections, and effective coordination with auditors, while maintaining adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and audits.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and financial controls.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling clients and auditors.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Manage accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collections.
  • Monitor accounts payable and ensure vendor payments are processed as per terms.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and statutory audits.
  • Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and general ledgers.
  • Analyse financial data, highlight variances, and provide management with reports for decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support management in financial planning and process improvements.
