We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, taxation, and reporting for heavy equipment company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tax compliance, quotations, invoicing, and financial reports while ensuring smooth coordination with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Management: Ensure compliance with VAT and other tax regulations, handle filings, and maintain accurate tax records.
Managing employees production status, Have relative experience in making work offer letter, and manage all documents and produce EID for new employees
Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare and review quotations, invoices, and proforma invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
Team Supervision: Oversee and guide the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial tasks.
Email & Communication: Handle professional correspondence, respond to financial queries, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.
Work Reports: Prepare and present detailed reports on financial activities, company expenses, and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and email management abilities.
