Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance across the organization. This role will assist in supervising accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the timely preparation of management accounts and financial statements. Key Responsibilities * Assist in supervising accounting teams and coordinating daily accounting operations. * Maintain accurate accounting records, transactions, and supporting documentation. * Manage fixed assets accounting, including tracking and coordination with relevant departments. * Perform related-party balances reconciliation and ensure proper documentation. * Support monthly and year-end consolidation processes and financial closing activities. * Ensure accounting processes comply with IFRS standards and internal financial policies. * Monitor company bank accounts and financial facilities to ensure proper control. * Ensure financial reports and management accounts are prepared and issued within required timelines. * Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. * Provide recommendations to management to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements. * Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and reporting aligned with company objectives.   Qualifications & Experience * University Degree in Finance or Accounting with a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent. * 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. * Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation accounting. * Knowledge of IFRS standards and financial compliance practices. * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and other accounting software. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.   Why Join Ali & Sons Holding LLC? * Be part of a well-established and diversified UAE business group with a strong financial governance culture. * Work in a professional finance environment with exposure to consolidated reporting and IFRS practices. * Opportunity to contribute to financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business performance. * Collaborative workplace focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Long-term career growth within a respected and stable organization.
