Job Description Responsible for managing complex accounting processes, conducting monthly and annual closings, and ensuring tax and legal compliance. Acts strategically, assessing risks, anticipating problems, and advising the board of directors. Main responsibilities include: • Preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and detailed reconciliation of complex accounting accounts. • Focal point for internal and external audits, providing clarifications and adjusting nonconformities in processes. • Mapping and continuous improvement of accounting routines and integration of ERP systems. • Evaluation of variations in costs, expenses, and revenues to generate management reports that support senior management. • Validation of ancillary obligations (such as DCTF, SPED) and monitoring of changes in tax legislation and accounting standards (BR GAAP, IFRS). Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Active CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council) registration • Knowledge of "CPC Pronouncements" and IFRS • Solid experience (between 5 and 8 years) in corporate accounting or controllership, with a focus on medium or large-sized companies. • Excellent logical and mathematical reasoning, attention to detail and good communication skills for negotiating with banks, resilience to work under pressure • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience with integrated management systems (ERP – Totvs) • Knowledge of English (desirable) Additional Information Inglês intermediário Pacote Office Desejável conhecimento Totvs Ready to take your career to the next level?
