JOB DESCRIPTION

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update general ledger and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, rental income, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Monitor daily transactions and prepare accounting reports.
• Track income and expenses related to each vehicle and rental agreement.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment collection from customers and vendors.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis for decision-making (e.g., vehicle purchasing, leasing, etc.).
• Support inventory control and vehicle depreciation tracking.
