WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience using QuickBooks (at least 1 year preferred)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
• Organised and responsible with attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Interest in production, film, or media is a plus

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with good knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks to manage day-to-day financial tasks and assist with client bookings. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 - 3 years of experience in UAE who’s organised, detail-oriented, and interested in the production industry.

MAIN TASKS:

• Manage daily accounting entries in QuickBooks
• Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and maintain records
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly reports
• Help with VAT filing and basic payroll entries
• Support the team in checking equipment and crew availability
• Help coordinate bookings with clients and update internal calendars
• Assist with follow-ups and general admin work
